Ingredients:

Mugwort: 500g

Salt: 500g

A pan

Preparation:

Rinse mugworts in a blowl of cool water then let dry.

Cut mugworts into 3cm parts.

Set the pan on the fire and wait till the metal is hot. Add mugwort and salt, cook gently until mugwort turn over the heat.

Instruction:

Place mugwort in a thin cloth, curl up and then lightly put on the forehead.

Gently massage and move to the temple. Repeat about 8-10 times. After a few minutes, nasal congestion will be cured immediately. 

You can put pemaining mugwort on pan into a clean towel and put it in your pillow, then sleep as usual. 

This remedy is extremely safe, effective and can be applied for all ages, including infants.

For people with sinusitis, this method should be applied regularly for 1 month, sinusitis will cure without using drugs.

Warming:

It’s likely unsafe to use mugwort if you are pregnant. Mugwort might cause a miscarriage because it can start menstruation and also cause the uterus to contract. Those with hepatitis can have common systoms such as jaundice, an enlarged liver, abdominal pain, fatigue and so on. 

In spite of its great benefits, some doctors advised that you shouldn’t use to much mugwort for a long term in order to avoid causing adverse effects for your health.

In addition, people with intestinal disorders should not use mugwort because it will make your health problem become worse. Mugwort has the effect of circulating blood, laxative and diuretic, which is not good for people with intestinal diseases.
