Eel soup

Eel soup will be a good choice for us. Especially, when add turmeric starch into the bowl, the color and taste will be better.

Ingredients:

1kg of eel

½ small bowl of sticky rice, ½ small bowl of normal rice

1 tablespoon of turmeric starch

  • Get the eel thoroughly cleaned with salt or vinegar and washed. To boil, the eel just ripe to pick out, remove meat. You should put the pounded ginger in the pot to boil for good smell. Pound the bone of eel and add water to cook porridge.
  • Stir-fry the rice into brown-yellow and put in the pot of boiled eel and eel bones filted water. Add 2 teaspoons of spice and 1 teaspoon of salt to the pot.
  • Put the pan on stove, pour cooking oil, add scallion and stir-fry, pour eel meat into pan and stir-fry well, then add a bit pepper, 1 teaspoon of turmeric starch, 1 teaspoon of chili powder.
  • When eel meat is cooked, pour 200ml water to boil and turn off stove.
  • Eat Eel soup when hot, spicy aromatic flavor, yellow eel meat, taste well.

2. Stir-fried beef with turmeric starch and vegetables

Ingredients:

100g beef

50gr chopstick bean

50gr carrot, sliced

50gr cherry tomato

50gr onion

2 teaspoons of turmeric starch

Processing:

  • Cut the beef into square, marinated with turmeric, onions, minced garlic, oyster sauce, chili sauce.
  • Heat oil, stir-fry onion, garlic, add beef into pan and stir-fry evenly, taste for suitable.
  • Stir-fry other ingredients then add cooked beef, mix well.

3. Frog cook with turmeric starch

Ingredients:

300g frog

2 tablespoons of turmeric starch

½ small bowl of lotus seed

How to do:

  • Clean frog, drain, cut into pieces. Marinate frog with turmeric, spice, a little oil. One ear mushroom soaked in water for bloom, chopped. Boiled lotus.
  • Lay pan on stove, stir-fry onion and garlic, pour frog into. When frog is cooked, pour other ingredients into pan, taste for suitable. Eat hot with rice.
