Resources:

500g fresh strawberries (cut stems, wash, split).

 1 cup full of yogurt (250ml)

 ½ cup sour cream

 ¾ teaspoon of sugar

¼ teaspoon of salt

2 teaspoons of lemon juice

How to make lemon-flavored strawberry yogurt ice cream

Step 1: Add the strawberries to the sugar and lime juice and mix well. Then put in the freezer for 40 minutes. After 40 minutes take the strawberries to puree (you can put in a blender).

Step 2; Put the strawberry and yogurt mixture in a blender puree

Step 3: Filter the mixture through the sieve to remove the strawberry residue or seeds. You can skip this step if you want.

Step 5: Put this mixture in the box, cover it tightly and put it in the freezer. After 1 hour you take out and mix the cream once again. Do 3 times like that. Leave the cream smooth and not crushed.
