Defective products are not qualified: 100% refund, free return shipping.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Product has technical error
When you have a problem with a product ordered at Kentary, please take the following steps:
