FRIED EGGS WITH PEAS

That’s why eating banana during pregnant time is very good for foetus’s mental health. Moreover, banana is also good for disgestive system, avoiding cramps and building muscles, bone structures during pregnancy. 1st breakfast: 1 ballut egg + 1 bowl of pho or noodles

3rd breakfast starting at 10 a.m: 1 pill of vitamins + 1 pill of calcium
1ST lunch: half a small bowl of rice + carrot soup with bones; potatoes + 1 fish or 6 medium shrimps + boiled vegetables
2nd lunch starting at 2:30 p.m: 250ml of milk
