I. Ingredients
100g of cassava flour
2 chicken eggs
300g sugar
1l water
100g ginkgo
100g lotus seed
II. Introduction of making lotus seed & cassava gruel
Steam lotus seed & ginkgo
Boil water then add lotus seed and ginkgo
Add some sugar, stir well until sugar melting
Dissolve the cassava flour with water and slowly add it to the sugar water pot cooked with ginkgo and lotus seeds. When the mixture boils, let the eggs beat slowly through the chopsticks to create beautiful egg strands.
