HOW TO MAKE SHRIMP SALT FOR SNACKING ON FRUITS

MAKING:

Put the dried crushed shrimp in a pan, let low heat, add 1 teaspoon of MSG. Use a spoon to disperse the dried shrimp into the pan. When the shrimp are fresh and drained, turn off the heat.

In another pan, put the chili mixture, ground garlic, 1 teaspoon of MSG and 2 tablespoons of sugar into the pan. Stir over low heat for about 1 minute to drain.

Then add the dried shrimp, continue stirring until the salt is dry, the spices will stick evenly on the dried shrimp.

Have fresh fruit ready and enjoy some fragrant spicy shrimp salt right away. You can put in a jar to preserve and use gradually!
