  • After you have successfully placed an order, our Customer Service team will contact you via the phone number you provide to verify the order, and notify you of the time you receive the goods and other necessary information.

I. In the following cases, you can return and exchange the product:

  • The product does not meet the color and taste standards.
  • Product that appears to have foreign objects that are not included in the ingredients.
  • Product that is broken before delivery
  • etc.

II. How to return products:

  • If you buy the product at a store, please return the product and the receipt to the store for exchange and refund.
  • If ordering through website, fanpage, hotline, please contact via fanpage, hotline for instructions on return and exchange.

III. Return policy as follows:

  • For orders not yet delivered:
  • If the order has not been received: Customers please cancel the order and place a new order.
  • If the order has been received: Customers can contact via fanpage, hotline 0943222095 for specific instructions.
  • When the order is in the delivery process:
  • Please accept the goods and take them to the nearest store for exchange.
  • Customers can order new products, Kentary will deliver the new products and exchange the old ones for customers.

 

  • For customers in the suburbs or in provinces outside Ho Chi Minh city.
    • Customers can order new products, Kentary will deliver the new products and exchange the old ones for customers free exchange costs.
    • If customers want to return the products please contact via fanpage, then send the products by courier to Kentary, shipping costs will be on the customer.
