- Fresh lotus seeds: 100g
- Purple or white taro: 100g
- Cassava flour: 20g
- Raw sugar (jaggery, brown sugar, malt, sweet grass ...)
- Sea salt: some seeds

II. HOW TO MAKE juice
- Fresh lotus seeds are washed, water is about 60 minutes
- Peeled and sliced taro, dipped in salt water to reduce plastic
- Stewed lotus seeds and taro with 300ml of cold water about 20-25 minutes and cut foam to clear water, when taro seeds are smooth, mix tapioca with some cold water stirring and pour into taro lotus seed pot.
